I learned frameworks and techniques to enhance my strategic thinking abilities. The course provided methods to analyze complex information, identify connections between various factors, and develop innovative solutions.
The introduced focus list and to-be-list are far better than to-do-lists. Also something about postmortem and postmortem analysis. How unproductive multitasking is and instead look for complementary activities.
By developing my strategic thinking capabilities, I can better approach issues and opportunities with more creativity and flexibility, and to implement strategic thinking tools to deeply examine the context and generate alternative strategies before deciding on a solution.
This allows me to drive meaningful change in my healthcare management role. I plan to continue strengthening my skills through ongoing practice and metric-based assessments.
