Background of Coventry University (CU) Construction Conference 2021

The rapid development and increasing use of modern technology triggers the need for support of construction professionals to be mindful of matters regarding issues of dynamic and innovative built environment.

To this end, topics such as contemporary issues in construction, digital technologies, procurement strategies, project management, sustainability in construction, building information modelling (BIM), advancement in civil engineering related to construction industry, augmented reality and construction automation is covered in CCC 2021.

The primary goal of CCC 2021 is to promote research activities in the architecture, engineering and construction sector, in relation to dynamic and innovative built environment.

In addition, it is aimed that the conference supports the collaboration between professionals, students, researchers, developers, and practitioners in construction industry. We endeavour to host this annual event to provide a platform for the professionals and academics to share their experience and views in contemporary construction matters related to dynamic and innovative built environment.
