The Rolfe reflective cycle has the advantage of being simple and uncomplicated. As seen in the image below, the reflection model is built around 3 key issues. These three phases of the model forced me to think about previous events, the ramifications of the event, and its significance for behaviour in future instances. The design is continuous, denoting consistency, and is frequently applied in the medical field.
