interactions, but also explore some competencies which are developed while people shift between different cultures in the work context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, they enhanced their understanding of leadership roles and strategies for intercultural teams in terms of intercultural awareness  and communication, as well as emotional intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Statement from a student who took part<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Throughout the class and COIL project, I learned various types of leaders depend on the industry and considered what I can do to be a &#8216;good&#8217;
