The Coventry students were all postgraduate, final term dissertation students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over a period of five weeks, the students progressively completed their analyses and considered their working relationships and interactions in the context of Hofstede\u2019s cultural dimensions, and Lewin\u2019s change model.
