In the next three months, I will focus on developing better time management skills by completing CPD courses on LinkedIn Learning focused on time management, utilising time management tools and techniques, and attending relevant workshops. Additionally, I plan to take on a volunteer role in NHS project teams to practice and improve my time management in a real-world setting. Over the next six months, I aim to enhance my communication skills by participating in public speaking workshops and joining a debate club. Engaging in group projects and actively seeking feedback from peers and instructors will further improve my communication abilities and build my confidence. In the next year, I will work on developing strong organisational skills by using project management tools and participating in organisational skill workshops. I will seek mentorship and take on larger projects to practice and refine these skills. My long-term goal is to leverage these improved organisational skills to achieve a promotion to middle management, eventually managing a large team or multiple teams.

In conclusion, although PDP provides a solid foundation for development as a master’s student in global healthcare management, the success of this plan will ultimately depend on my commitment to consistent implementation and willingness to critically evaluate and adjust my approach as needed.
