CERTICATE IN COMMUNICATION SKILLS: The Three Pillars of Effective Communication.

I realised how critical it was to become an expert in the art of effective communication in my pursuit of better communication abilities. To address this, I undertook a CPD course on LinkedIn Learning titled “The Three Pillars of Effective Communication.”
My previous experiences highlighted areas where I could enhance my communication, particularly in group settings and presentations. This course promised to provide practical tools and techniques to bolster my communication abilities.
The course focused on three core aspects of communication: clarity, empathy, and active listening. Through various modules, I learnt how to articulate my thoughts more clearly, ensuring that my messages are understood as intended. The emphasis on empathy taught me the importance of understanding and considering others’ perspectives, which is vital in creating meaningful connections. Since completing the course, I have noticed a significant improvement in my communication skills.
