It highlighted the challenges that arise when broad policy directives are applied to specific local contexts, emphasising the importance of equity, equality, and efficiency in healthcare systems. By evaluating global stakeholders and identifying key policy actors, I gained insights into the roles these entities play in health policy creation and execution at various levels. The knowledge I acquired regarding policy development and implementation in different income countries, along with leadership challenges in healthcare, has been instrumental in shaping my strategic thinking and policy analysis skills.
