Using Copilot for support can help make this process more efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1: <\/strong>Find or create a document with your performance objectives (it could be Word doc, a spreadsheet or a PDF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Step 2:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Go to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.office.com\/chat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Copilot (office.com\/chat)<\/a>&nbsp;and sign in with your Coventry account. If you\u2019re already using Copilot, just select the \u2018New chat\u2019 button at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Select \u2018Add a file\u2019 (the paperclip \ud83d\udcce icon) at the bottom right of the text box, and then in the file browser select the document on your computer which contains your performance objectives. Don\u2019t press submit yet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4: <\/strong>Copy and paste the following prompt into the Copilot message box, then select the \u2018Submit\u2019 button (the arrow at the bottom-right):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item has-custom-font\" style=\"font-family:Inconsolata\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\">\ud83e\udd16 Prompt (click to expand, then copy and paste into Copilot)<\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve uploaded a document with my performance objectives for the year.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, ask me what my activities have been for the current week. Wait for my response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you have my response, map my weekly activities against my annual performance objectives, indicating which objective(s) each activity contributes to and how. Summarise my work against each objective in a maximum of two sentences so that I can add to my running commentary on how I am meeting these objectives across the year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5: <\/strong>Check the summary and make any necessary tweaks, and then copy and paste it into Core clear review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-warning wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important: <\/strong>Always check Copilot&#8217;s output.
