After creating your Copilot Agent, you may want to come back to it at a later date and make changes based on testing or to add missing information. Watch the video or follow the written instructions below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing the Edit Function<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to the\u00a0Copilot website<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click \u2018Create an Agent\u2019 (as if making a new one)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on \u2018My Agents\u2019 in the breadcrumb trail at the top of the Agent pop-up window<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. This will show a list of all your created Agents<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Making Changes to Your Agent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Find your Agent in the list (e.g. \u2018Find an Ed Tech Tool)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click the pencil icon next to the Agent name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. This returns you to the original setup screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Modify the information in the prompt field as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click \u2018Update\u2019 to save your changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      What Happens After Updating<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Changes take effect immediately<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Users who already have the link will automatically see the updated version<\/li>\n\n\n\n
