As Iam in journey of understanding how to be a leader and what are the qualities that I need to develop. Firstly, I need to look into myself and analyse what are the qualities I already have. That’s when I realize that things should be started from household works, for example, organizing things in the house, cooking meals on time, planning for groceries purchase while saving money. After coming to UK, as this currency was new to me, I did not realize that Iam spending more than required. After careful consideration, I started counting my bills and made a plan to save recourses for long run. This might seem to be very small or silly at times, but for me it saves money and time to visit market repeatedly. Consequently, I got more time than usual to relax or work on other things.
