After working on my own weakness and strengths I have understood that I have to improve my thinking abilities and make sure to take proper decisions for my future. I have received multiple job offers recently and that is where I stuck up to choose which is best for me. As a pharmacist working in Health care sector is a big challenge. I knew this by my own experience from India, but to grow in pharmacy field I also need to understand how the NHS system works in UK. I started on working on my decision making skills and did through research on various information available and started reading more than usual. I believe this is a great step i have seen for myself in my professional life.
