In January 2023, I came to the United Kingdom to pursue my master’s degree in Global healthcare Management field. In the first semester, I felt nervous and anxious as well as happy about my new journey of study in a new country. During my first semester, I faced various challenges like adapting to a new country, a new culture, a language barrier, balancing coursework, and assignments, and building new friends. At the end of the first semester, I used the rolf reflective model to express my self-reflection during the semester. I got to know that time management is important to do tasks or assignments on time. because not giving proper time to arrange and write my assignments I get low grades. I made a SMART action plan to improve it by making a planner and setting a calendar or alarms. The positive thing about the starting days of University was that I enjoyed the cafeteria environment at the university most and usually met my friends over there.
Then, I entered the second semester, this semester we all had to do a lot of work like assignments, coil projects, and presentations. There were five members in the group presentation and twelve for the coil project. I enjoyed it very much while working in a group. By using a Gibbs model of reflection I understand or compare the experience of my first and second semesters. I got to know that in the second semester, I felt more confident and organised my things properly. but from the feedback from mentors, I realized that still critical thinking skills still need to improve. I did a CPD course on critical thinking to enhance it.

The third semester is the final stage of the semester, in which a sizable research project is completed using all of the knowledge and abilities I have learned. This calls for a great deal of writing, analysis, and investigation. customising my education by taking optional courses or seminars that go deeper into certain areas of interest within global healthcare management. I realized that improvement in my time management and critical thinking is helping me in the dissertation where I need these skills the most. Also, I engaged in extracurricular activities, meeting with supervisors and library staff, involved in group discussions.
Overall, the final semester integrates academic knowledge, real-world application, personal development, and excitement for the next phase of your career, which sums up the whole MSc experience.
