My journey as a medical doctor with eight years of experience, transitioning to study global healthcare management as a master course in the UK, has been transformative yet challenging, adapting to anew academic environment demanded flexibility and open mindedness. initially , i struggled with the transition from a clinical setting to a managerial focus. time management proved to be a significant hurdle as i juggled studies, work, and personal life. poor team networking hindered my ability to collaborate effectively, leading to negative feedback on group projects.
