Initially, when I first uploaded my SWOT analysis, I perceived leadership as one of my strengths. However, over time, I came to realize that this area actually requires development, as I recognized my weaknesses in it. Additionally, during my early days in the UK, I felt somewhat shy and introverted, which made effective communication with strangers challenging. But through personal growth and effort, I have managed to enhance my communication skills and now find it easier to interact with new people I encounter.
