I have worked in the arts, first as an educator and now in research. With a background in literature, popular culture and race and identity, I am interested in Creative Writing, looking to develop in the area of short stories, micro-fiction and script writing.
I have passion for empowering others and I am keen to amplify the voices and experiences of marginalised communities through my research and writing. I am particularly interested in South Asian migration to the UK and 2nd/3rd generation experiences of education, employment and communities.
