while exploring the city, I heard the story of cathedral during 2nd world war the original cathedral was blasted by a bomb dropped by enemies, many people and soldiers were died at that bomb blast and the cathedral now we are visiting was build on the ashes of old cathedral and memorial sculptures were visible to visitors even now. on hearing/ knowing this story one thing came to my mind that every new thing will happen only after a great sorrow or battle. As an international student, i know every student from overseas were struggling within due to homesick, loneliness which leads to depression in some of the student cases, but only by passing through those sorrow and sadness we can achieve our goal of becoming as an health care leader.

16Jan 2023- first day of my university life, As an international student, starting university life has been an exciting adventure full with a wide range of emotions. I experienced a strong mixture of excitement, curiosity, and a hint of anxious anticipation when I stepped onto a campus in a foreign nation. My feeling of adventure was sparked by the idea of immersing oneself in a multicultural academic setting as well as the difficulty of adjusting to a new culture. After attending orientation classes and getting to know international students as well as the lively campus, my initial uneasiness turned into a profound appreciation for the opportunities that lay ahead.

I am Naga Lakshmi, came to UK from a vibrate city Vijayawada(Andhra Pradesh) completed my bachelors in Pharmacy with 71% and worked as Assistant pharmacist for 2years, Test Item Control Officer(TICO) in Laila Nutra- Vijayawada for 3 years and Sipra- Hyderabad for 1 year. Boarded flight for the first time in life, to get my skill upgradation by pursuing M.Sc. global Healthcare Management in Coventry University, United Kingdom, with lots of excitement, happiness, hope of learning new skills and exploring various cultures and meeting new colleagues/ friends in university. At the time the of landing in united kingdom, its a emotional roller-coaster, that can never forget.
