See <a href=\"https:\/\/teach.coventry.domains\/articles\/10-aula-learning-design-principles\/\">10 Aula Learning Design principles<\/a> as a starting point for creating high-quality Aula resources or explore the <a href=\"https:\/\/livecoventryac.sharepoint.com\/sites\/OTL\/SitePages\/Curriculum-Transformation-Project.aspx\">Aula tab<\/a> on the Curriculum Transformation Project page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Further advice and how-to guides from colleagues across Coventry University Group can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/teach.coventry.domains\/articles\/about-the-knowledge-base\/\">Teaching Knowledge Base<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/livecoventryac.sharepoint.com\/sites\/staff-digital-toolkit?web=1\">Digital Toolkit<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may be asked to act as an Academic Conduct Officer (ACO), or otherwise be involved in work around students\u2019 academic integrity. Take a look at the support offered by the <a href=\"https:\/\/livecoventryac.sharepoint.com\/sites\/OTL\/AIU\">Academic Integrity Unit<\/a>, in particular Academic Conduct Officer training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarise yourself with Coventry University Group\u2019s established <a href=\"https:\/\/acdev.orgdev.coventry.domains\/professional-development\/teaching-observations\">teaching observation scheme<\/a>. Whether observing a colleague or being observed yourself, the scheme offers a great way to develop and inspire your own practice as well as insights into how to support your module team. <strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stftpstarted\">Getting Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What support do your teaching team need? Use the development narrative for Assistant Lecturer or Lecturer as a starting point, or explore the Professional Development Framework.&nbsp; For digital literacy, the <a href=\"https:\/\/digitalcapability.jisc.ac.uk\/our-service\/discovery-tool\/\">Jisc Discovery Tool<\/a> is a good starting point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At times, teachers may be required to deal with challenging or <strong>disruptive behaviour<\/strong> in class. As a Senior Fellow, you may also need to support colleagues or team members facing this behaviour. You may find <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wlv.ac.uk\/media\/departments\/office-of-the-vice-chancellor\/documents\/Student-Disruptive-Behaviours-Guidance_JAN-18.pdf\">this advice<\/a> from the University of Wolverhampton useful.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/education-innovation-team-s-school.teachable.com\/p\/coventry-educators-digital-fluency-course\">Coventry Educators Digital Fluency Course<\/a> is designed to help colleagues to gain a deeper understanding of all things digital in relation to teaching and learning at Coventry University Group.
