Just another Coventry.Domains site

Finally its last day to my uni days##so excited##

Critical thinking will also be a vital competence for me as a leader to help me explore issues in depth and not take them at face value to ensure competence and effectiveness. The skill will help me adopt a broader approach to issues by exploring all the factors that could affect them to make effective decisions and design the best solutions in full comprehension of their impact (Noel et al., 2017). Critical thinking is a continuously developing skill; hence, there is always room for improvement. #CriticalThinking#buildsConfidence#

S.M.A.R.T. is a mnemonic acronym, giving criteria to guide in the setting of goals and objectives that are assumed to give better results, for example in project management, employee-performance management and personal development.  ## these are my SMART GOALS##

A career action plan lists your professional goals and the steps to achieve them. Your career plan will help you make smart decisions as you prepare for the real world—from activities and clubs to join to internships and jobs for you to pursue. ##My Action Plan after my Msc##

After the MSc, I plan to return to clinical pharmacist practice to continue building my practice experience and qualifications for more advanced roles. However, I will continually explore the industry for other opportunities I qualify for with my new qualifications to explore and apply. Hence, I will pursue opportunities as they become available and I qualify for them.

A personal SWOT analysis is a tool used to evaluate your career goals. SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It considers all factors, whether positive, negative, external or internal. Internal factors are elements you bring to the analysis, such as strengths and weaknesses. ## 3rd semister swot##

Medium-term goal: To evaluate and promote my team collaboration techniques

S- specificTo set the specific goal of bringing in an inner transformation for collaboration and effectively promote teamwork because of the importance of it in a diverse workplace and to increase inclusion (Shore, Cleveland & Sanchez, 2018)
M- measurableTo measure the success rate and collaboration success by observation and analysis of team dynamic metrics.
A- attainableTo attain first the feasible goals of collaborating with peers.
R- RelevantTo understand the relevance of doing and implementing steps that may assist me in collaborating better
T- time-boundTo get at least a month workshop and be an intern for four months in one of the cooperatives and assess my collaboration skills by 30 Jun 2023
The specific goal here refers to the goal of particularly weaving the collaboration technique in me and projecting the collaboration skill, or a high-degree competency to work with others in a shared environment. I have set my personal goal to reach out as one of the most sustainable leaders and thus I have adopted the S.M.A.R.T goal technique to have the personal objective of reaching out in lining my ambition of serving as the CEO of any multinational healthcare corporation. In healthcare, it is observed that various kinds of psychological, oriental and structural determinism construct the complete aspect of collaborative leadership (Morley & Cashell, 2017). I will measure the overall rate of success of my becoming the collaborative team leader based on measuring my progress rate every day by observing the communication that I do daily. In other words, I have the scope of improving to the extent where I may have to measure the dynamics of the team and consider the overall psychological improvement, which will eventually make a higher rate of success in the collaboration system if the communication is by far improved (Salas, Reyes & McDaniel, 2018). As for the case of corporate houses, I may say that higher proximity may be increased if the collaboration is maximised and innovation is done, which has applied to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) (Leckel, Veilleux & Dana, 2020). Considering the case of SMEs, I may say that my chances of collaboration require innovation too. I need to measure by journaling my thoughts, and I have to work with different people, such as my senior manager and Executive person to create a strong achievable source of operation. Feasibility may become a challenge to get on in my future career if I do not start to set smaller goals that are perceivable to me from the beginning of time. In the same regard, I may say that the process of achieving the goal needs to be developed by me. Backyard goal-setting behaviour may be one of the ways by which I may set achievable goals, along with integrating a goal target coaching, which is undoubtedly one of the distinct terms to smoothen the career leaps (Grant, 2020). I feel that the relevant thing that will increase my collaboration skill is to communicate more and this communication needs to have a specific subject to let the flow be standardised and well-maintained. Additionally, the research studies have made it clear to the point where there had been different team counselling and a necessary innovation responsible to boost the innovation and the paradigm of success, which I feel is relevant to build (Han et al. 2017). The time-bound thing for me is that I may feel that first I need to enrol myself in an internship for at least four months and assess my collaboration ways, and my collaboration pattern during this time. During that time, according to my understanding, I may get to see any kind of improvements and a high rate of success in my collaboration may vary in that bracket over time.

Long-term goal: To improve my stress and anxiety management skills as a leader

S- specificTo start the goal of achieving better stress management and build my knowledge on overcoming stress and anxiety as a leader for gaining salient objectives for improving my cognitive as well as my behavioural nature (Mento et al. 2020)
M- measurableTo measure my success by creating an action plan and checking to mark all the required fields in which I have been managing my stress well for being a competent leader
A- attainableTo attain the goal of being successful in stress management and developing a strong network of people with whom I may share my moments to ease out during a rise in anxiety
R- RelevantTo add relevant components that will enhance my stress management skill and hence my leadership skills through active experimentation of being more in contact with nature
T- time-boundI want to improve my anxiety management techniques by 30 Sep 2023, when my master program is finished
I have set the goal of managing my stress with most of my peers and achieving the best out of all of this in a specific time, which I find quite exciting. I have figured out that I may do so through active communication and practising breathing exercises. I have found out that not only communication but also being more open in sharing experiences and not remaining isolated does reduce anxiety and stress for a vital time (Wolor et al. 2020). It is quite interesting to note down that team communication has a direct role to play in the system of anxiety removal, and thus it is often seen that communication may be required to improve the various systems of information dissipation (Kim et al. 2019). I have further found that setting a specific goal is not easy, especially when there are limited scopes of communication for me as I am more introverted and do not tend to share my experience when I experience stress. My mental well-being deteriorated after Covid-19 and I have noticed that I tend to become more stressed because of it, where this had been seen more in people like me who are heterosexual (Hoyt et al. 2021). Stress management is not a difficult goal to achieve, and yet it is one of the most fragile things to get on because I feel that I may need to know what are my fears and why I keep on procrastinating so much. On researching, I have found out that different students like me do a self-reflective process of analysis on themself to fight against the stress which I think may be helpful for me, as most of the time I am not being much oriented towards stress management through any combined efforts (Travers, 2022). I have been working sometimes from a remote space and I feel that being isolated and having almost no communication with my friends, I lack a support system which causes stress to appear.  The real difficulty faced while communicating in a remote space and letting the communication achieve a certain level of clarity in the remote working structure increases stress levels as research papers suggest (Marlow, Lacerenza & Salas, 2017). I may say that I may measure the progress in an action sheet which will have the actual information evaluation in the form of measured metrics, such as the use of a feedback performance system and a measure of the input and output framework (Nap.nationalacademies.org. 2023). Here, the measurement will be based on the actual factors of time, the individual resource of different people, the budget that will be needed and the system of assessing the entire framework through a constant quality identification framework. I may add that the most relevant thing in the system of stress management is to find out the actual way of developing a more positive mindset and to be more oriented towards the brighter aspects of life than always focusing on negative aspects. Another relevant thing that I may think of is to develop a consistent system of practising my mindfulness yoga by being in various circles of people in such yoga groups and communities and thus I may say that this may aid me to get through stages of excessive anxiety. In addition to that, I have found that I may have communication anxiety and I sometimes face challenges in socialising, which has been by far one of my greatest weaknesses, and I feel that there are obstacles to my communicating in a social network over time. As for me, I have set the time of six months to properly promote my ways of overcoming stress through analysing the reasons for stress management, as research studies find that financial problems and lack of peer support may also cause stress to increase inside (Jones, Park & Lefevor, 2018). I feel that to manage my anxiety levels, I need to get on a daily morning run, which will reduce my levels of anxiety to a great extent and spend more time with nature as it does make the stress level drop beyond a certain point (Hunter Gillespie & Chen, 2019).

##my personal development plan to increase my strength, knowledge##

Short-term goal: To increase my leadership capacities

S- specificTo let leadership attributes be enhanced and help me achieve a higher and more significant crescent for success through the programs of project implementation as leadership promotes harmonious workplace relationships and develops passion (Hao, He & Long, 2018)
M- measurableTo measure the goal set by both qualitative measurement and quantitative measurement framework collecting the secondary data in both of the cases by a medium of digital or physical visitation medium
A- attainableTo accomplish the set objective by a method of working as an intern in any firm and observing the leadership and management structure over time
R- RelevantTo include those steps in leadership achievement that are relevant and are not adding to the cost of learning more leadership attributes
T- time-boundTo create an implicative timing force and have an attainable deadline which may be achieved by maintaining the leadership training by 30 Dec 2022
I have described the leadership journey aims and the outline of achieving the aims through the SMART objective framework, and now I may intend to have a more detailed discussion on the same regarding several dimensions of my acting out as a successful leader. It is occasionally reflected in the leadership attributes that self-awareness being high makes a leader much more aware, and has a strong personality regarding the achievement of any goal (Goleman, 2018). Leadership attributes in me may be enhanced if I follow my outline of working in a distinctive and cooperative environment, along with people to challenge myself. In the modern world, I have noticed that I need to assimilate in myself all the technological capabilities and have an optimum follow-up of the necessary digital skills that are required for the upgradation of my character. According to a research paper, it has been shown that the advanced types of projects that have a specific digital need will be successful only with the inclusion of a digital leader, and in the age of Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligent has been replacing all such digital leadership capacities (Brock & Von, 2019). Choosing the actual leadership becomes difficult and entirely challenging if I do not have any guidelines or I have not observed any other leadership prevalence, that is the reason why I have set the Attainable goal of observing real-life leadership in action. Different factors influence the way a leader may act under specific circumstances and there are multiple variables as research study remarks which make the choice of a suitable and enigmatic leader difficult (Tannenbaum & Schmidt, 2017). In the modern world, strategic leadership is much needed as discussed by research papers, and thus it is quite outspoken that leadership characteristics need to include a strong strategic outline (Groysberg et al., 2018). I have found that my being a leader that has a strategic direction in the healthcare industry will require me to be competent enough and capable to have insights into the modern world, for which my Specific objective is to enhance the score of my leadership characteristic. Additionally, I may say that the possible traits as per my literature stand out to be non-linear, having multiple characteristics and including various important cognitive competencies which most people do not have, or do not develop (Zaccaro Dubrow, & Kolze, 2018). I feel that the people whom I should involve while setting the goal will have the professors who have tried me during my classroom lectures, my peers of mine, my elder brother and my mentor in this, as being an outstanding leader requires the guidance of various people that have been part of the changing world from a long time. In addition to that, I think that I may try to accomplish the first step of adding a small team under a challenging circumstance, as a leader sees an opportunity in the challenge by a strategy of staying optimistic. Issues of communication, non-verbal communication being poor, and no collaboration skill makes me an incompetent leader, which I have remarked on and have given my rescind thought. If the Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of different nations are observed, it will be seen that there is a monotonic presence of the characteristics of the skills being a part of the leader and also, it had been concluded that these traits are not singular to determine leadership (Adams, Keloharju & Knüpfer, 2017).

Leadershipstyles#models The leadership styles and models training was also vital to help me understand the critical approaches that have proven effective in healthcare. Various leadership styles and models have proven effective in different situations, making it critical to understand them for effective deployment. For example, transformational leadership leads to high care effectiveness, and reduced adverse effects such as patient mortality, while relational leadership leads to higher patient satisfaction (Sfantou et al., 2017). Hence, the training was critical in supporting my ability to apply the gained leadership competencies.Leadershipstyles#models
