Musk was born in Pretoria, South Africa to a Canadian mother and a White South African father. He attended the University of Pretoria for a short time before emigrating to Canada at the age of 17 to evade conscription. He began his studies at Queen’s University before transferring to the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and physics two years later. In 1995, he relocated to California to attend Stanford University, but instead chose to pursue a business career, co-founding the web software company Zip2 with his brother Kimbal. Compaq purchased the firm for $307 million in 1999.Musk co-founded online bank X.com the following year, which merged with Confinity to establish PayPal in 2000. In 2002, eBay paid $1.5 billion for the company.  

Elon has 3 citizenships — South Africa, Canada, and the USA. Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk, was born in South Africa, and his mother, Maye Musk, was born in Canada. Maye Musk gave birth to her first child, Elon Musk, in Pretoria, South Africa, in 1971. Elon is thus a South African citizen by birth. Elon obtained Canadian citizenship via his mother. He enrolled at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, in 1990. He transferred to the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) two years later, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics and a Science degree in economics from the Wharton School. In 1994. He got accepted to Stanford University’s PhD program in materials science in 1995. Musk, on the other hand, chose to join the Internet boom, leaving out two days after being accepted for the Ph.D. Musk interned in Silicon Valley twice: once at the energy storage business Pinnacle Research Institute, where he studied electrolytic ultracapacitors for energy storage, and once at the Palo Alto-based startup Rocket Science Games.

Musk launched SpaceX, a spaceflight services firm, in 2002 with $175.8 million. He was an early investor in the electric vehicle maker Tesla Motors, Inc. in 2004. (now Tesla, Inc.). He was appointed chairman and product architect before being named CEO in 2008. He was a founding member of SolarCity, a solar energy startup that was eventually acquired by Tesla and renamed Tesla Energy. He co-founded OpenAI, a non-profit artificial intelligence research organisation, in 2015. He co-founded Neuralink, a neurotechnology business that develops brain-computer interfaces, and The Boring Company, a tunnel construction company, the following year. Musk has also proposed a high-speed vactrain transit system called the Hyperloop. His $44 billion acquisition of Twitter was finalised in 2022. Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has surpassed Amazon founder Jeff Bezos to become the world’s richest person.

The name Oprah refers to Oprah Gail Winfrey, an American talk show host, television producer, actress, author, and philanthropist who was born on January 29, 1954. For her chat program, she is most well-known. From 1986 through 2011, The Oprah Winfrey Show, which was broadcast from Chicago, was in continuous national syndication for 25 years. She was known as the “Queen of All Media” and was once the only black billionaire in the world. She was the richest African-American of the 20th century. She was occasionally rated as the most powerful woman in the world in 2007.

Winfrey was raised in the inner city of Milwaukee after being born into poverty to a single, adolescent mother in rural Mississippi. She has claimed that she was abused as a child and in her early adolescence. She got pregnant at the age of 14, and her son was born prematurely and died in infancy. After being transferred to live with Vernon Winfrey, a barber who she refers to as her father, in Nashville, Tennessee, Winfrey found work in radio while still a high school student. By the age of 19, she was a co-anchor for the neighborhood evening news. After making the transition to daytime talk shows because to her frequently passionate and spontaneous delivery, Winfrey established her own production company after elevating a third-rated local Chicago talk show to the top spot.

In 1998, Winfrey established the Oprah’s Angel Network, a benevolent organisation that supported charitable projects and granted grants to nonprofit organisations worldwide. Winfrey was voted the greatest woman in American history in a public survey as part of The Greatest American in 2005. On the list of the greatest Americans, she was ranked ninth overall. Oprah Winfrey has hinted that she may return to acting. The 68-year-old television legend has appeared in a number of films while still juggling her profession as a talk show host, and she has a net worth of $3.5 billion USD (2022). She now earns roughly $315 million per year from her tremendously profitable diversified media company.
