The 🎮 games and âš¡ interactivity activities on this page aim to help you revise some key AI terms and techniques for writing good ‘prompts’ (instructions) in a fun, interactive way.
The code for the games was largely generated with AI (the premium versions of Claude and Gemini Pro) using my human-written content and spec. While I attempted to make them accessible, there is almost certainly a lot of room for improvement. Any feedback is welcome via the Ed Tech Team’s email address: learningenhance@coventry.ac.uk.
AI terms game
You could use this game to revise your own knowledge of key AI terms, or use it with a class of students. For example, everyone could load it on their mobile phones and mingle to quiz each other on the terms. Or they could just test each other in pairs or small groups.

Prompt playground
These games help you learn the key components of a good prompts, and techniques to reduce hallucination. They cover the same content as the Tips for using Copilot page, but in a format that encourages active learning.

Prompt painter
This game guides you to identify examples of the ‘prompting principles’ from the first game in the context of real prompts (see the Copilot Agents – Example Agents page to interact with some of the Agents that are based on the prompts in the game). You need to paint components of the prompts in different colours to identify ‘examples’, ‘constraints’, ‘role and goal’ and so on. The idea is that, in breaking down these examples, you will feel better prepared to write your own prompts and create your own Copilot Agents.

Prompt edit activity
This isn’t really a ‘game’ as such – it’s an interactive activity where you can customise a prompt to create a Copilot Agent that quizzes people about your team. For more information about creating your own Copilot Agents, see Copilot Agents. For more examples of similar Agents, see Copilot Agents as learning activities. NB this activity is not optimised for small screens.

Again, this isn’t really a game – it’s an interactive template to help you write prompts. It’s meant to help you write instructions for Copilot Agents, but it should work for Copilot and AI tools more generally.
