Visualisation is any technique for creating images, diagrams, or animations to communicate a message. Visualization through visual imagery has been an effective way to communicate both abstract and concrete ideas since the dawn of humanity. Examples from history include cave paintings, Egyptian hieroglyphs, Greek geometry, and Leonardo da Vinci‘s revolutionary methods of technical drawing for engineering and scientific purposes.
Visualization today has ever-expanding applications in science, education, engineering (e.g., product visualization), interactive multimedia, medicine, etc. Typical of a visualization application is the field of computer graphics. The invention of computer graphics (and 3D computer graphics) may be the most important development in visualization since the invention of central perspective in the Renaissance period. The development of animation also helped advance visualization.

@HelenAveyard & Co. in their 2011 book, Critical-Thinking and Writing in Health and Social-Care; “it’s about taking a step back, thinking logically and carefully about the information you have, rather than believing every information’’.@Leicester&Taylor in 2010 preferred to use moral dilemmas to think on point of views then creating new. They both kind of expository.

@DrJoshuaBluteau questions and evaluate every information available/presented to him. That’s an act from his Critical thinking….It’s more like his pervasive and self-rectifying human phenomenon to rectify thinking-errors when facing unintended consequences…That’s a fact that his able to look for flaws in argument and resist claims with no strong support. That’s censorious to me.

@MyTeam and I believe we are critical thinkers. Because, we now think-carefully about what we read, see and hear. When faced with information or a discussion among other friends, we question the quality of the evidence and synthesise the conclusions drawn from those evidence then create new meaning. We reprimanding somehow.

“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7 NKJV
WHEN WE’RE young, we’re told, “Mind your manners.” When we launch out into a career, we’re told, “Mind your business.” Well, here is some wise counsel that applies to all of life: “Mind your mind!” When you lose out in that arena, you lose out everywhere else! In Proverbs 23, Solomon outlines six principles to live by when it comes to thinking: (1) Your thoughts determine your character. “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.” Before you tell a lie, you first entertain it and think like a liar. Before you commit adultery, you first entertain a fantasy. So if you don’t want to do something, stop dwelling on it! (2) Don’t waste your thoughts on people who don’t value them. “Do not speak in the hearing of a fool, for he will despise the wisdom of your words” (v. 9 NKJV). (3) The first person you must learn to lead is yourself. “Apply your heart to instruction, and your ears to words of knowledge” (v. 12 NKJV). As long as you keep growing, you can keep leading. (4) Be sure your role models are people of principle and integrity. “Do not let your heart envy sinners” (v. 17 NKJV). (5) Remain confident that the vision God has given you will come to pass. “Be zealous for the fear of the Lord all the day; for surely there is a hereafter, and your hope will not be cut off” (vv. 17-18 NKJV). (6) Remain steadfast in what you know is right. Don’t get sidetracked. “Hear…be wise; and guide your heart in the way” (v. 19 NKJV). Bottom line: Mind your mind.

I like to be called AB, and I like to listen to nobody because I use hearing aids. However, I like to talk about sport, horse racing, tennis squash, football and snooker. Spending time in bed is important to me. Am grateful for my dozen of grandchildren. Eating home made dishes, with pudding and drinking in my family cottage during holidays are very valuable to me. I enjoyed my roles in volunteering, playing squash, organizing activities while traveling around the globe. Africa, Asia, America, Canada and certain European region are places I have visited. Although these are great experiences I have come to my old age with, I have developed a need for euthanasia after my dreadful accident experience. But Euthanasia is the act of deliberately ending a person’s life to relieve suffering. Euthanasia is illegal under the terms of the Suicide Act (1961) and is punishable by up to 14 years’ imprisonment. Trying to kill yourself is not a criminal act but is punishable. Both euthanasia and assisted suicide are illegal under English law. Depending on the circumstances, euthanasia is regarded as either manslaughter or murder. The maximum penalty is life imprisonment.
”Euthanasia and assisted suicide rates around the world According to a peer-reviewed paper published last year in the respected journal JAMA: Between 0.3% to 4.6% of all deaths are reported as euthanasia or physician-assisted suicide in jurisdictions where they are legal.”
In 2018, 221 people travelled to the Swiss clinic Dignitas for assisted suicide. Of these, 87 were from Germany, 31 from France and 24 from the UK. According to the Campaign for Dignity in Dying, a British person travels to Dignitas for help to die every eight days. About 1.5% of Swiss deaths are the result of assisted suicide.
Spain In March 2021, made it legal for people to end their own life in some circumstances. In October 2020, the Dutch government approved plans to allow euthanasia for terminally ill children aged between one and 12. Belgium allows euthanasia and assisted suicide for those with unbearable suffering and no prospect of improvement. Assisted suicide and euthanasia are both legal in Luxembourg for adults. In March 2021, Canada expanded its law on assisted dying. Now adults with a serious and incurable “disease, illness or disability”, who are in an advanced state of decline and are suffering, are able to seek a medically assisted death. In October 2020, New Zealand voted to legalise euthanasia in what campaigners have called “a victory for compassion and kindness”, the BBC reported. Palliative sedation, in which someone can ask to be deeply sedated until they die, is permitted in France, but assisted dying is not. Several states in USA now offer legal assisted dying. Oregon, Washington, Vermont, California, Colorado, Washington DC, Hawaii, New Jersey, Maine, Montana and New Mexico all have laws or court rulings allowing doctor-assisted suicide for terminally ill patients.

They should also support your family, carers or other people who are important to you.
You have the right to express your wishes about where you would like to receive care and where you want to die. You can receive end of life care at home, in a care home, hospice or be cared for in hospital, depending on your needs and preference.
People who are approaching the end of their life are entitled to high-quality care, wherever they’re being cared for. Find out what to expect from end of life care.

I don’t wanna sing the latest song
I don’t want to percolate the crowd
I just wanna make you smile
I don’t care who thinks I’m right or wrong
I don’t care who tries to calm me down
I just wanna praise you now
You covered me in the midst of it all
You love me, gave me another chance
You saw my needs when others saw my faults
You forgave me
I don’t have to listen for my name
They don’t have to walk me down the aisle
I just wanna make you proud
Should I make the hall of fame
Or they save a special seat
I just hope that you’ll be pleased
You covered me in the midst of it all
You love me, gave me another chance
You rescued me
I was going to fall, going to fall
You saved me
So in my life, in my life be glorified yeah, yeah
(Be glorified, be glorified)
So in my life, in my life yeah yeah, oh
(Be glorified, be glorified)
You get the glory
You get the praise
You take the honor
I just want to say
(Thanks)
You get the glory
(You get the glory)
You get the praise
(You get the praise)
Take all of the honor
(You take the honor)
I just want to say
(Thanks)
You get the glory
(You get the glory)
I want you to get the praise
(You get the praise)
You take the honor
I just want to say
I just want to say
(Thanks)
You get the glory
(You get the glory)
Father you to get the praise
(You get the praise)
You take the honor
I just want to say
(Thanks)
I’ve come back to say
(Thanks)
Thank you Lord
(Thank you Lord)
For everything you’ve done
And I’ve come back to say
(Thanks)
Thank you Lord
(Thank you Lord, thanks)
I’ve come back to say
(Thanks)
Thank you Jesus
(Thank you Lord)
Yeah, for everything you will do
For your grace and your mercy thank you Jesus
I have a grateful heart and I’m saying thank you
Thank you lord
You get the glory
(You get the glory)
You get the praise out of all I’ve got
(You get the praise)
Take all of the honor
(You take the honor)
I just want to say
(Thanks)
You got the glory
(You get the glory)
You got the praise, Hallelujah

Dr. R. A. Vernon & “The Word” Church Praise Team – You Covered Me Lyrics | Genius Lyrics

In our present world, we see so much of crisis from the local community level to the global community level, but we have individual crisis also which disintegrates into other parts of life. Crisis come with one thing and that is change. According to Britt Andreatta we are wired to resist change rather than embrace them because they raise a sort of emotions like confusion, anger, anxiety, frustration etc. However, over time we learn to either look forward to them or embrace them because there was time, opportunity to learn and practice. The responsibility of a leader is to set up this environment and communicate as well as having the values. Most mistakes leaders make is announce the change, do nothing, and allow their followers to figure it out hence leading to crisis.
Generally, as humans our instinct are programmed to survive, belong to a group or community and be the best we can be. Leaders who understand these and help people feel safe for survival, connected to belong and learning to grow to the best they can, such leaders are celebrated as the best leaders. And when we do not build habits towards continuous change, we tend to find our selves in crisis due to our formal and informal cultural practices which oppose to new ways of doing things. According to Britt Andreatta in 2022, we need a minimum of 40 – 50 repetition or practices to form a new habit.
In a crisis, it is important to understand what the crisis is about, embrace the change and manage your stress and the implications involve and adjusting your approach. Know that its going to be ok and you are moving forward because change is continuing.

Gotta change my answering machine
Now that I’m alone
‘Cause right now it says that we
Can’t come to the phone
And I know it makes no sense
‘Cause you walked out the door
But it’s the only way I hear your voice anymore
(It’s ridiculous)
It’s been months
And for some reason I just
(Can’t get over us)
And I’m stronger than this
(Enough is enough)
No more walking round
With my head down
I’m so over being blue
Crying over you
And I’m so sick of love songs
So tired of tears
So done with wishing you were still here
Said I’m so sick of love songs, so sad and slow
So why can’t I turn off the radio?
Gotta fix that calendar I have
That’s marked July 15th
Because since there’s no more you
There’s no more anniversary
I’m so fed up with my thoughts of you
And your memory
And how every song reminds me of what used to be
That’s the reason I’m so sick of love songs
So tired of tears
So done with wishing you were still here
Said I’m so sick of love songs, so sad and slow
So why can’t I turn off the radio?
(Leave me alone)
Leave me alone
(Stupid love songs)
Don’t make me think about her smile
Or having my first child
I’m letting go
Turning off the radio
‘Cause I’m so sick of love songs
So tired of tears
So done with wishing she was still here
Said I’m so sick of love songs, so sad and slow
So why can’t I turn off the radio?
(Why can’t I turn off the radio?)
Said I’m so sick of love songs
So tired of tears
So done with wishing she was still here
Said I’m so sick of love songs, so sad and slow
So why can’t I turn off the radio?
(Why can’t I turn off the radio?)
And I’m so sick of love songs
So tired of tears
So done with wishin’ you were still here
Said I’m so sick of love songs, so sad and slow
So why can’t I turn off the radio?
(Why can’t I turn off the radio?)
Why can’t I turn off the radio?
Ne-Yo – So Sick Lyrics | AZLyrics.com

A British white lady and a Jamaican man met in the UK and got married, but ended up loving her husband’s brother with a Nigerian accent from her first sight of him on thier wedding day. A complicated story she shared in her old age sick bed………….We are still trying to find out if any of the five children she had during this marriage period before divorce belong to the husband’s brother.
Though she was never caught through out the marriage period, which experts have described as an intelligent psychopathic relationship with a touch of emotional imbalance.
According to our special host sharing her experience I quote “Although both brothers still love me till date, my husband was a wanker but I married him anyway because I found comfort in his brother. However, his brother could not find his life partner because I blinded him with my love”.
She described her experiences in Jamaica as lovely. She enjoyed the weather, smoking “Jamaica leafs”, listening to reggae musics etc….
A critical analysis and evaluation of this story coming soon….
