DIABETES AWARENESS MONTH : RAISING AWARENESS AND TAKING ACTION

November is National Diabetes Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness of the disease, support individuals who are impacted by it and provide education. Since there are more than 400 million diabetics globally, raising awareness is essential. It serves as a forum to dispel myths, stress prevention and draw attention to the significance of early detection and treatment. This month acts as a beacon, encouraging communities to adopt healthier lifestyles, comprehend the effects of diabetes on people and society, foster empathy and support for those navigating its challenges. Through education, outreach and solidarity, let’s strive for a world where diabetes is better understood and effectively managed.

CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ON FEAR OF PUBLIC SPEAKING

My fear of public speaking has significantly decreased as a result of my continuous professional development. I’ve become more poised and self-assured when speaking to groups of people. My abilities to communicate have improved due to my increased capacity for coherent thought, which has made me a more effective and convincing speaker. Greater success in a variety of professional settings, such as team meetings has resulted from this newly acquired proficiency. Furthermore, overcoming my fear of public speaking has strengthened my poise and confidence, enabling me to interact with a variety of audiences with ease. All in all, this growth has made me a more polished and confident communicator.

CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ON TIME MANAGEMENT

My time management skills have improved and I have reaped major rewards from participating in continuous professional development. I’ve become more productive and effective in both my personal and professional life by improving my time management skills. I now make good use of time-saving strategies, set reasonable goals, and prioritise activities efficiently. I’ve consequently experienced less stress, enhanced work-life balance, and reliably met deadlines. This improvement has improved not only my performance overall but also my confidence when taking on difficult tasks. To put it simply, the time management development investment has enabled me to take advantage of opportunities and achieve a greater level of success.
