“Championing Hearts: My Volunteer Journey with the British Heart Foundation”

Volunteering with British Heart Foundation is a joyful and fulfilling experience. The joy we bring to people we assist is more important than the innumerable hours we put in. It is immensely satisfying to know that our work advances patient care, research into heart disorders, and awareness of heart problems. Volunteers have an encouraging sense of camaraderie and a treasured sense of belonging. I always leave each day knowing that I’ve had a positive impact on someone’s life. There is no feeling like the satisfaction that comes from giving back and being a member of a caring community.
