PART 1 – PERSONAL ANALYSIS (UPDATED SWOT ANALYSIS)

I have grown significantly both personally and professionally over the last five months. Through the implementation of a well-defined action plan and active participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes, I have effectively tackled areas of improvement and attained noteworthy outcomes.

Time management is one area where I have noticed a noticeable difference. I have found that setting priorities for my tasks has helped me manage my time better.
Additionally, I’ve been able to meet deadlines and complete tasks faster, which has improved my efficiency, reduced my stress, and allowed me to produce higher-quality work, which has raised my productivity.

Also, I have improved my public speaking skills where my capacity for ideations has
improved. While speaking in public, my self-confidence has improved and my nervousness and anxiety have reduced significantly. Furthermore, my digital skills have improved remarkably increasing my output, effectiveness, and creativity, which promotes professional and personal advancement. Additionally, I also enhanced my emotional intelligence skills which is my strength through
CPD and this has further enable me to understand and manage my emotions, nurture strong interpersonal relationships and effective communications. It has also enhanced my self-awareness, empathy and flexibility, promoting my overall mental wellbeing.

I have been able to address my weaknesses and take advantage of my potential for growth by realising that I needed to actively participate in CPD programmes,
and putting a clear action plan into action. My success has been positioned by my unwavering dedication to learning and self-improvement, which has also improved my skills.

I am excited to continue my journey of growth and development, leveraging the knowledge and skills gained through CPD programs, building a strong
